ClaimPro is the first-of-its-kind lead-generation company dedicated to helping property-loss homeowners through the insurance claim process.

ClaimPro’s mission is to spread the word that insured homeowners can hire their own public adjuster during a property-loss insurance claim, to handle the entire process to help maximize their claim. Filing an insurance claim can be time-consuming, stressful, and full of law lingo. A state-licensed public adjuster knows the process and can evaluate, advise and negotiate for you, and in most cases, help you get more than you would have on your own.

Strategy

The name ClaimPro and the domain ClaimPro.com were provided. The Adamo Group was brought in to give it an identity. The green symbol of the arrow pointing up and the dollar sign could not be any simpler. And the logotype ClaimPro is in a rounded font and a gray color to feel honest, inviting and current. The brand was designed and positioned as a nationwide industry leader.

Next came TV commercials. Adamo conceptualized, designed, wrote and produced in-house three 30-second spots, and managed the ad buys from the 4 local stations, channels 3, 5, 8 & 19, to be aired for 9 months. Followed by drafting the Q&A’s for segment interviews at all 4 stations.

Results

The new identity’s simplicity allows it to be perceived the same by all. And the TV commercials/digital videos, designed to introduce the brand and bring awareness of a service unknown by most homeowners in the area, have been well received.
